These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Jet77 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "jet77"), governing your access to and use of the jet77 website located at https://jet77.casa and all associated gaming services, mobile interfaces, content, features, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the jet77 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. Access to and use of jet77's Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Benefit: You must be playing and placing bets entirely on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jet77 or any other operator or gambling authority.

To access the full range of jet77 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested. The following conditions apply to your account registration and ongoing maintenance:

All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card (MyKad) number, residential address, phone number, and email address — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Jet77 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — shall be your sole responsibility.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jet77 requires all Members to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. Jet77 may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any of your registered details change, you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

By using the jet77 platform, you agree to abide by the following general terms governing your conduct and use of the Services:

• You will use the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or professional gambling activity unless expressly authorised by jet77 in writing.
• You will not attempt to access areas of the platform for which you are not authorised, nor attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security measure implemented by jet77.
• You acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent financial risk and that jet77 provides no guarantee of winnings on any game or event.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or obtain any unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• You will not engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or impair the platform's functionality, servers, or networks.
• You agree that jet77 game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and that all results are final once confirmed by the system.
• You will conduct yourself respectfully in any live chat, support interaction, or community feature associated with the platform.

Jet77 reserves the right to monitor all activity on the platform and to take any action it deems necessary — including suspension, account closure, and reporting to relevant authorities — in response to any breach of these usage terms.

Jet77 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency (converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at time of transaction).

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Deposit section within your account dashboard for current minimums and maximums.
• Jet77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are not within jet77's control.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation (typically 15–30 minutes).

All account balances are maintained in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed receipt. Jet77 is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of sending and the time of confirmed receipt.

Members may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received.

• KYC Completion: All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. Members who have not completed KYC verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus funds attached to your account must have their associated wagering requirements met in full before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Account Standing: Your account must be in good standing with no unresolved disputes, security flags, or pending investigations.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Matching Payment Method: Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.

Jet77 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Typical processing timeframes are as follows: e-wallets (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — 30 minutes to several hours; USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency — 15 to 45 minutes pending blockchain confirmations. These are estimates only and may vary during periods of high volume or technical maintenance.

Jet77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, blockchain network congestion, or regulatory verification requirements. If your withdrawal has not been received within the standard timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Jet77 offers various promotional bonuses to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover), which specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is stated in each individual promotion.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet is typically MYR 250 to MYR 500 (as specified per promotion). Placing bets that exceed this cap while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Online slots typically contribute 100%. Table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution schedule is available in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date, typically within 7, 14, or 30 days of being credited, as specified per promotion. Any bonus balance and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings (e.g., MYR 2,880). This cap applies regardless of the total winnings generated while the bonus was active.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously or attempting to circumvent bonus restrictions constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.

Jet77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The specific terms applicable to each individual promotion take precedence over these general bonus conditions where they conflict.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jet77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process, disguise, or otherwise launder funds of illegal origin. Jet77 implements robust anti-money laundering (AML) controls and is obligated to report suspicious activity.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes after wagering deposited funds. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the corresponding amount.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive gaming format.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, automated systems, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in any way that circumvents normal human interaction.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any software bugs, pricing errors, odds errors, or system malfunctions. Winnings derived from such errors will be void.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulent identity documents during the KYC process.

All content on the jet77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, source code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jet77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from jet77.

Any unauthorised use of jet77 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence, account closure, and may expose you to legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jet77, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling on the platform;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Services due to technical maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond jet77's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from failure on your part to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers or banking institutions;
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or event outcomes caused by data feed errors from third-party providers, where jet77 acts in good faith upon correction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jet77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

Jet77 is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable entertainment activity and never become a source of financial hardship or emotional distress.

All Members are subject to a minimum age requirement of 21 years. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a specified period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Jet77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account registered in a restricted jurisdiction;
• Confirmed underage use;
• Violation of responsible gambling obligations (e.g., breach of self-exclusion);
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to jet77 staff, other Members, or the platform.

Upon legitimate termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any voided bonuses or fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and applicable investigation timeframes.

Jet77 reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Services following the publication of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services immediately and contact support to initiate account closure.

Material changes to these Terms (such as changes affecting your rights, payment obligations, or dispute resolution procedures) will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file, where practicable.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jet77 is licensed to operate. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals designated by jet77 for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jet77 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties.
